Vietnam: Custom 3-Station Manual Packing Machine for Metal Gaskets

This cooperation with our Vietnam customer marks the successful delivery of a fully custom non-standard project. The customer already owns upstream production lines and has never purchased packaging equipment before. Their process requirement is that the machine automatically completes bag feeding and sealing, while metal gaskets are manually loaded into pouches.

Customization service is the highlight of this project. Taking the customer’s on-site working conditions and operation habits into consideration, we made multiple targeted adjustments: the touch screen is installed separately for easier operation and monitoring; a dust cover is equipped to protect the machine during idle time; all internal electrical components are replaced with the customer’s specified brand to meet their spare parts management standards.

We maintained efficient communication throughout the whole process, from preliminary solution discussion and drawing confirmation to machine manufacturing and commissioning, and the project was delivered smoothly. This cooperation once again proves our capability in custom non-standard packaging machinery.
