Packaging Process

Bag Loading - Automatically pick up the premade pouch from the bag magazine.
Date Coding - Print the production date or batch number on the bag.Bag Opening - Use suction cups or mechanical devices to open the bag mouth, ensuring it is fully opened.
Filling - Accurately fill the material into the bag.
Secondary Filling/Stirring - Use the stirring device to ensure even material distribution in the bag.
Bag Mouth Cleaning - Clean the bag mouth to ensure no residue remains, preparing it for sealing.
Reserved Position - Reserve space for the next vacuum sealing process.
Transfer to Vacuum Chamber - Move the bag into the vacuum chamber for vacuum packing.
Vacuum Sealing - Complete the vacuum packing and sealing, ensuring the bag is airtight to prevent contamination.
