Russia: Custom Packaging Machines Delivered for Diversified Spicy Strips Production

We are pleased to share our latest project update: we have successfully delivered 4sets of customized packaging machines to a professional spicy strips  manufacturer in Russia. 

The client’s production line features diversified spicy strips products with irregular shapes, varying lengths, widths and sizes, which poses high requirements for flexible and adaptable packaging and feeding solutions. To solve the pain points of difficult feeding and poor compatibility with multi-specification products, we have tailored custom rotary receiving and shrinking feeders for this project. This customized structure enables smooth, stable and orderly feeding for spicy strips of various shapes and sizes, fully meeting the client’s demand for diversified product packaging production.

In addition to the customized feeding system, we have also equipped the complete production line with independent U-shaped scales. The matching independent weighing equipment achieves precise quantitative feeding and accurate metering, effectively improving packaging precision, reducing material waste, and greatly enhancing the overall automation and production efficiency of the client’s packaging process.
