Kosovo: Custom Granule Packaging Machine for Sticky Laundry Pods

We are pleased to share our successful cooperation with a Kosovo customer met at the Canton Fair, who specializes in producing laundry pods. The customer customized a granule packaging machine from our company, forming a complete production line: front-end laundry liquid mixer (supplied by us) → mid-section existing equipment (provided by the customer) → back-end granule packaging machine (supplied by us).We are pleased to share our successful cooperation with a Kosovo customer met at the Canton Fair, who specializes in producing laundry pods. Customization Highlights & Technical Solutions :

The customer’s laundry pods are small-sized granules with a sticky outer film that dissolves easily when exposed to water. To solve material sticking and ensure smooth feeding, we upgraded the feeder material to PTFE (Teflon).

Advantages of Teflon Feeder:

• Excellent non-stick property: Prevents sticky laundry beads from adhering to the feeder, ensuring continuous and stable feeding.
• High chemical resistance: Resists corrosion from detergent ingredients and avoids reactions with the bead’s water-soluble film.
• Smooth surface & low friction: Reduces abrasion to delicate laundry beads, avoiding breakage or deformation during feeding.
• Waterproof & moisture-proof: Adapts to humid production environments, preventing material clumping and ensuring machine stability.
• High temperature resistance: Tolerates normal production temperatures without deformation, extending service life.

In addition, the customer required zipper bags for packaging. To meet this demand, we added a fully automatic zipper opening by servo motor to the packaging machine. This enables the machine to automatically open the zipper, feed materials, seal and cut bags in one continuous process, greatly improving packaging efficiency and reducing manual intervention.At the same time, we also filled the customer's packaging bags with nitrogen gas.

Inspection & Customer Feedback:

After the machine was manufactured, the customer’s professional engineering team visited our factory for on-site inspection and acceptance. During the test run, the machine operated stably with accurate metering, smooth feeding and perfect zipper opening and sealing performance.

The customer was highly satisfied with the machine quality, customization solutions and our professional service. They left us a sample box of their laundry pods and expressed a strong willingness to cooperate again for their next box packaging machine project.
